Exclusive: Finalto promotes Stanislav Bunimovich to COO of B2B business

FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Finalto has promoted longtime employee Stanislav Bunimovich to the position of Chief Operating Officer – B2B. He has also been added to the board of Finalto Financial Services Limited, the FCA licensed arm of the company.

Finalto, the Financials arm of online gaming tech company Playtech (LON:PTEC), comprises both a B2B services arm run from London and a “B2C” Retail FX brokerage run under the Markets.com brand, operated from Cyprus.

Stanislav Bunimovich joined CFH Clearing Ltd in 2013 as a Technical Support Analyst. CFH was one of the FX industry institutional B2B services companies acquired by Playtech in 2016 to form Finalto. He worked his way up the ranks at CFH/Finalto, being named Head of Client Services – Europe in 2017 and then Head Of Client Services in 2019, a role he filled until his current promotion.

Playtech is currently in the process of selling Finalto. After a $210 million deal to sell the company to Israeli businessman Zvika Barinboim was voted down by Playtech shareholders, the company is now negotiating with Hong Kong investment banker Jonathan Bond and his Gopher Investments vehicle on a possible $250 million sale of both the B2B and B2C arms of Finalto.
