Yet another EPL deal for eToro.
Just one day after renewing its sponsorship of Aston Villa, Retail FX and CFDs broker eToro has struck a new agreement with Newcastle United. Like the Aston Villa deal eToro will be listed as a “partner” of Newcastle, but its logo won’t feature on the club’s jerseys. Newcastle placed 12th in EPL play in the 2020-2021 season.
Newcastle United head of commercial, Dale Aitchison said:
“eToro is a brand that lots of supporters will already be familiar with, having become a tried, tested and trusted global investment platform.
“We are delighted to announce our new partnership and we look forward to working together on a range of initiatives across the new season.”
eToro’s global sponsorships manager, Dylan Holman said:
“We are delighted to have partnered with Newcastle United for the new season.
“As a global, multi-asset investment platform, we want to open up financial markets to everyone and make investing simpler and more accessible.
“Through our partnership, we look forward to working with the club’s incredible supporters – introducing them to eToro and helping them to get closer to their team.”
As a partner of Newcastle United, eToro will gain global exposure through an extensive range of marketing opportunities including matchday LED boards, media backdrops and digital rights.
eToro operates a social trading focused brokerage operation, and is on track to go public at a $10 billion valuation via a SPAC merger later this year.
