Cboe Silexx enhances Order Manager and Quick Trade Ticket

Cboe today announced another set of enhancements to Cboe Silexx, a multi-asset order execution management system (OEMS) that caters to the professional marketplace.

  • The Corporate Calendar now includes a count of dividends and earnings events by month.
  • A shortcut button was added to Order Manager to provide Average Price Summary.
  • A shortcut button was added to Quick Trade Ticket to open a new Quick Trade ticket from an existing ticket.

The Flex Notices module displays Flex-specific trade events as they are received from OPRA. Module is available to all users enabled with OPRA market data.

Cboe Silexx’s robust FIX network allows users to send and receive orders as well as drop copies. This growing network is not just limited to firms using Silexx, but is available to all OEMS platforms.

Speaking of recent changes to Cboe Silexx, let’s note that in September 2021 the platform retired OATS reporting.

The move is in accordance with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) rule change for Order Audit Trail System (OATS). FINRA has determined that the accuracy and reliability of the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) meet the standards approved by the SEC and has determined to retire OATS as of September 1, 2021.
