Deutsche Börse appoints Barbara Roth as Head of Group Audit

Deutsche Börse today announced a senior appointment. Barbara Roth will join Deutsche Börse as Managing Director Group Audit from her role as Chief Compliance Officer at UniCredit Bank AG on 1 January 2022.

Before becoming Chief Compliance Officer at UniCredit, Barbara Roth was Head of Corporate & Investment Banking Compliance from January 2011 until April 2016. She joined UniCredit as Vice President in October 2007 from KfW and after several years as corporate and M&A lawyer in the international law firms Freshfields and McDermott.
