Exclusive: Valutrades hires ThinkMarkets exec Rob Collins as Head of Trading

FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that FCA regulated FX and CFDs brokerage Valutrades has hired Rob Collins as its new Head of Trading. Within this role Rob will be focused on maximizing performance of new and existing technology solutions. Central to this focus will be oneZero’s low latency institutional liquidity hub, as well as other complementary technology such as the Mahi Compass algorithmic and risk management software, Beeks hosting solutions, Valutrades internal Quarch system and various ECN platforms.

Rob Collins joins Valutrades from ThinkMarkets in London, where he was Head Of Trading (UK). He joined ThinkMarkets in mid 2020, following a seven year career at IG where he held several trading related positions, as well as a brief stop at Intertrader as a Quantitative Business Analyst. Mr. Collins served in the British Army in 2010-2011, and holds a BSc degree in Mathematics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
