CNMV stated that this firm is providing financial services or products without its authorisation in Spain. CNMV warned people to must avoid dealing with such firms and beware of potential scams. However, they must be careful if they do, as these brokers lack broker licenses. Therefore, the risk may exist.
Investors are advised to check the CNMV Register before dealing with any financial firm. The CNMV Register is a public record of all firms and individuals who are authorized to carry out regulated activities in the Spain. Investors who have been approached by the three unauthorised brokers should report them to the Spain immediately.
