New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has issued a warning to offshore CFD trading service provider TradeCenter for operating without authorization in the country.
The FMA explained that TradeCenter was not a registered financial services provider and was providing its services in New Zealand without a licence.
The entity’s web domain name is tradecenter.center and is owned and operated by Pura Vida Soft LTD, located in the Marshall Islands.
